- If you require Overnight Shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
- We use USPS and FedEx only to ship our packages.
- We do combine shipping, contact us when you are ready to checkout.

- If you prefer a different shipping method, contact us at 1-877-548-7003 or via email at Customer Service & we will try to accomodate your needs.
- ALL packages are shipped within 1 business day (M-F) from payment date.
- We are not responsible for the transit time once it leaves our warehouse.
- Posted shipping times are determined by FedEx & USPS and are not guaranteed by DSI.
International Shipping:
- International Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail International only.
- Make sure you want the item, we will not issue refunds, exchanges or store credit on International orders due to customs fees on the return.
- We do not add customs and/or duty charges to our products. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges, in addition to shipping.
- Unclaimed, refused or returned items that are returned to DSI by the shipper due to the buyers refusal to accept product or delivery will incur a return shipping fee from DSI as assessed by the shipping company. This fee will be charged to the buyer.
