RETURNS

To return the product purchased you MUST request an RMA number within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the RMA# is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.

All products within our store can be returned with the exception of the following products:
     - Computer Software (ex: Digimemo Handwriting Recognition Software).
     - TTY Phones & Equipment (Store credit will be issued).
