The items in this package are great, especially for the price. The silicon cover for the Wii Fit is perfect! It fits great and appears to be high quality. I would recommend getting the cover for the Fit because it keeps it nice and new - also, it's easy to clean if something got spilled on it (or if a child went on it with dirty feet!). The exercise mat for the Wii Fit is very long and is also pretty good quality. I would prefer a neoprene mat, but this one definitely gets the job done and is non-stick on a hard surface (tile especially). The battery adapter is great, too because it fits the Wii without having to use extra risers and saves on batteries! I would recommend this package!

I am a sort of a fitness oriented person, I mean I have a gym membership, and I like to bike ride, or do yoga on the weekend. When Wii Fit came out, I thought it was a great idea. I was playing Wii Fit a lot and I felt my work out gear needed to be upgraded. I looked on-line and found this kit from CTA Digital. The yoga mat that comes in the kit is cool, because I was using my regular yoga mat sometimes under the balance board, and I like the fact that I have one dedicated to the balance board now, and I don't have to roll up my other yoga mat so much. Also, the surface of my balance board was getting tarnished from people using it with shoes on(roommates!) so the silicone sleeve is great for keeping the balance board nice and white and clean. Last but not least is the rechargeable battery pack. I really felt i was consuming a lot of disposable batteries lately so this is a wise choice for anyone who wants to cut down on throwing batteries in the trash. This kit has proven to be an affordable solution to upgrade the balance board.

 Do Not Buy This - The Battery Shorted out my Wii Fit Board!Apr 21, 2010
Do not buy this product under any circumstance! It shorted out my Wii Fit Board and it is now useless! Nintendo won't help because it is not a Nintendo product. I was trying to be green by using a rechargeable lithium ion battery and now have a huge useless Fit Board. Use real rechargeable AA batteries instead, I wish I did. Once again - DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
An update - I contacted CTA Digital directly about what their product did to my board and they are refunding my money for the battery and are replacing my board. The company apologized and assured me that they would take steps to make sure this was never going to happen to anyone else (which I assume means a recall). CTA digital made it right, which is the mark of a good company. I wouldn't buy this battery but wouldn't have a problem buying other products from them.

We haven't had to use the battery back up yet so that I can't comment on, but the silicone sleeve we have used since day 1. The bad thing about this sleeve is that it sticks to your bare feet so socks are almost a necessity. Otherwise it's ok. We haven't used the mat yet so can't comment on it either.

If you are going to buy this product, just read the description, so you are going to know what to expect of it. It's not the Wii Balance Board, it's a complement for to use with this one. The yoga mat is excelent, its material is perfect. The Silicone sleeve is perfect to protect it and keep it clean. I have some problems with the battery pack, but I recognize that I have not read the manual instructions and maybe the batteries are Ok and what happen is that I dont know how to operate them.
