As the other reviewers have already said, this is definitely not a case for the DSi...I mean even on the package itself it only says it's for the DS Lite. Well, I do have a DS Lite, so there's no problem for me there.
Honestly, this product looks good and is a good protective travel case, the thing is...my DS has a hard case on it just for regular-use protection and it was a really snug fit. Even when I took the hard case off to put it into the travel case, it fit really tightly and one zipper won't even close the whole thing. and I have to use the other zipper.
But you can still close it in completely even with the hard case on if you just sort of cram it a little.
All in all though, I'd say it was worth it if you want to protect your DS from drops and things like that when you're traveling.

My son was very happy when I told him that I had ordered him a travel case w/ a strap for his DSI. I was very dissapointed when I received this case. Not sure why it's been sold for the DSI as the DSI does not fit! It's definitely for the DS Lite. Good quality though.

The product is listed as a DSi case when in fact the DSi doesn't fit in it. Very disappointed after taking the time to purchase it and the bother of returning it.

DSI case NOTApr 09, 2009
The case is a basic case and is attractive and a great value but it does not fit the DSI. I ordered this case specifically for the DSI and once I opened it and tried it, it did not fit the DSI. It is a really tight fit that will sometimes split the zipper. I advise if you have a DSI to look for another case.
