Good case to store my DSiJan 07, 2010 Pro: Fits a DSi or DS Lite. It also can fit 3 extra DS games and an extra stylus.
Con: Does not offer enough protection for hard drops. The padding isn't very thick and is quite soft. I believe this is noted in the product's description.
I do not plan on dropping my DSi though, and I only use the case to keep the DSi from getting dirty or scratching in my pocket or storage.

DisappointedNov 30, 2009 I heard all sorts of great things about Hori products so I decided to give this a try. I'm not sure what makes it "shock absorbing", but the padding is VERY thin and the frame rather flimsy, not rigid. I'd be afraid to drop it. The outside design is also really ugly and it feels like plasticy fake leather. I bought this to put my DSi w/aluminum hard case inside for extra protection. It fits great, but I think if I didn't have the bulky hard case it would be swimming in it. It only holds 3 games and 1 stylus and nothing else. I am really disappointed and I hope I won't be so disappointed in their screen protectors.

Couldn't love it more! And that's saying something.Jun 29, 2009 This is a GREAT case. I absolutely love it. It holds three games in the top cover, plus and extra stylus. When I ordered it, I was very skeptical and thought that I would be replacing it with a better case when I found one, but I fell in love with this one. I was worried that because it had a zipper, the inside lining would scratch my dsi, but there is a thick padding between the zipper and dsi spot. I was also worried that the dsi would have to be crammed in the case, or it would be too loose, but it was just right. I thought for sure that I would have to put my ds in upside down so the camera wouldn't get scratched by the top cover when closed, because of the games and just the fabric, but everything is SUPER soft, there is no rough, scratchy areas and I feel completely safe putting my dsi in this case. Wonderful case for the price, really happy I bought it and would buy it again.

Nice Case For The Price - Holds Everything (almost!)Jun 16, 2009 Just a quick note here about this case. It is a soft case with zipper and it has decent padding all around. The interior is very soft and easy on the finish for your DSi.
When I initially got this case I thought to myself after opening it that I'd be replacing it "when something better came along" (thinking about the DS case I had, simple, with zippered "netting" pouch on the back of it). Well, I've got to say that I don't have any intention of replacing this case and have grown to love it. Why? Here's why:
- Fits DSi nicely and padding protects nicely
- 3 padded slots inside case for extra games
- 1 padded/covered pouch just for an extra stylus
** Bonus Features (in my mind, anyhow)
- Enough room INSIDE to fit headphones (i use iPod headphones), be a bit clever with 'em and the earpieces and plug fit nicely along the backside of the DSi without having to "jam" them in or worry about it scratching the finish of your DSi, while the coil of wire lays on top, no damage to your earbuds or your DSi!
- ALSO enough room to lay a full-sized (pen sized) stylus (the one that comes with the protector screens) on the same space as I put the earbud headphones, which is along the "hinge" of the case.
These two "bonus" features along with the rest of the features keep me sold on this case, the price is VERY right, and it offers great protection as well as a way to carry my extra games, full-sized stylus, and iPod earbuds - without damaging/forcing any of it into the case.
If you're looking for a good quality padded case for your DSi, without breaking the bank, and especially if you're looking for a case that will also allow carry of earbud headphones without damaging them or creating a "bump point" that would damage your DSi if you happened to drop it on that point, THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOU!!
Hope this review helps someone decide on a good case. I love mine and haven't found anything that works any better at any price!

HORI Luxury DSi Case ReviewJun 08, 2009 The Hori Luxury case for DSi is a good quality product that meets the standards of other Hori products. I have always trusted Hori when buying gaming peripherals. I bought this case to keep my DSi safe and that's what it does. The case is a bit bulky and the design on the top is a bit ugly. I only intend to use this case to keep my DSi safe until a better looking case comes along.
