Stopped working after 3 months...Mar 25, 2009 Nice and compact design but piece of junk.
The battery cover broke about a month after I got it. Keyboard would enter some kind of sleep state when the computer not in use and the only way to resync was to take the batteries out and back in. There is an id button to supposively resync but it does not work.
Now after 3 months, the keyboard is simply dead. Tried fresh batteries, taking them out and putting them back in, restarting the computer, reinstalling the driver, no luck.
I wish I could return it and get my money back...! I feel ripped off...

Fine product, GREAT customer service !!!Jan 09, 2009 I got this to control my Video-streaming PC from my bed. It worked fine for a few days, and then the adapter was suddenly not recognized by XP. When I called Electone, I IMMEDIATELY got an English-speaking voice who discussed all the debugging I had done. This is a plug-and-play device and requires no drivers.
After transferring me to an Engineer who was sincerely concerned about their quality control, I was asked to send both the keyboard AND receiver back for evaluation.
I sent both Fedex overnight, and received a brand new unit (same shipping) two days later. The new unit has worked flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with the service I received, nor more impressed with Electone's concern for the quality of an inexpensive "commodity" product.

Well worth itNov 22, 2008 The keyboard-trackball combination works great -- even at fifteen feet. It is very handy with the video connected to my flat-screen TV. MS Windows XP recognized the device and found a suitable driver automatically. Everything seems to be working as expected.

Fantastic Size!Sep 29, 2008 Great size, works well, love all of multi media buttons, the www, volume up/down. They make this keyboard much more functional. I like the optical trackball, allows for ease in motion with the keyboard. My son loves it for gaming with his xbox. For the price nothing comes close.
